hey [first name]

We’re going to guess the longer you wait and the more you learn, the more questions you probably have for us and key people across the business.

So this month we’re organising an AMA! Or perhaps it’s better to say AUA (ask us anything!), as we’re bringing out the big guns for this one.

If you’re wondering about where we’re headed, how to shape a successful career or where to get the best coffee – this is your chance to ask.

You’ve heard a lot from the Grad team throughout this process, but as we head towards your program start date this is a great opportunity to meet some of the broader team and tap into their knowledge and experience.

The details are:

IDEAS for optional content
#1 Webinar Etiquette

Webinars like this are pretty straightforward but it’s helpful to go over some AMA etiquette all the same.

If you’re attending please consider the following:

  • Dress like you would for work. Smart casual is always a safe bet.
  • Please ensure your microphone is on mute unless asking a question.
  • Make use of the live chat if you want to make any comments or ask questions you didn’t get a chance to call out.
  • Introduce yourself, your degree and university if to get the opportunity to ask a question.
  • Feel free to check with me prior if you’re unsure as to whether you can ask a particular question.
  • Look the panel members up on LinkedIn before or during the session. You’d be surprised how many questions come to mind once you’ve seen someone’s background and experience.
#2 Submitting Questions

I get that putting your hand up to ask what you might think is a dumb question can put you off asking it entirely.

For anyone who’d rather be a fly on the wall but does have a niggling question or two, I’m collecting any that you might want to submit.

I’ll be putting these in the AMA live chat, but don’t worry no names will be attributed. It’ll just like I have loads of questions about things I should probably know by now 😉

If you can’t make it don’t worry, we’ll be recording the session and will share it in our next monthly update.

Hope to see you there! And don’t forget to send through any questions you’d like me to ask.
